Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By using RepIQ you agree to these terms. RepIQ is operated by ZAI Ventures / Zarour Holdings. If you use RepIQ on behalf of a practice, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. The service
RepIQ records treatment conversations with consent, transcribes and scores them with AI, and provides coaching insights. RepIQ is a coaching aid; it does not provide clinical, legal, or financial advice.
3. Trials & billing
- New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription bills at the then-current rate.
- Founding pricing (.50/mo with code FOUNDING50, regularly /mo) is available for the first 50 qualifying practices and is locked for the life of the subscription.
- Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. Billing terms shown at checkout govern.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Your responsibilities (recording & consent)
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable federal, state, and local law before recording any conversation, and for complying with all applicable healthcare-privacy and recording requirements in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use RepIQ unlawfully, to record without required consent, or to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
RepIQ provides visibility and coaching. We do not guarantee any increase in case acceptance, production, or collections. Results vary by practice, offer, lead quality, treatment mix, financing, team skill, and follow-up.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
