1. Who we are

RepIQ ("RepIQ," "we," "us") is a conversation-coaching tool operated by ZAI Ventures / Zarour Holdings. RepIQ helps dental practices record treatment conversations with consent, score consults with AI, and coach case acceptance.

2. Information we collect

Account data: the email address and account details you provide to sign up, log in, and manage billing.
Conversation recordings & transcripts: audio you choose to record, and the transcripts and AI-generated scorecards derived from it. In healthcare mode, recordings are processed transiently for transcription and coaching and are not persisted in long-term storage on our servers.
Usage data: basic technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

3. Recording & consent

RepIQ is built around consent-first recording workflows. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable federal, state, and local law before recording any conversation, and for using RepIQ in accordance with your own healthcare-privacy obligations.

4. How we use information

We use the information to provide transcription, AI scoring, and coaching insights; to operate, secure, and improve the service; to process billing; and to provide support.

5. Sharing & processors

We use third-party processors to operate the service, including speech-to-text and AI providers (to generate transcripts and coaching) and a payment processor (Stripe). We do not sell your data.

6. Healthcare data

RepIQ uses healthcare-aware, PHI-minimizing workflows. Business Associate Agreement (BAA) support is on our roadmap for eligible healthcare customers — contact us to discuss your requirements. Practices should use RepIQ according to their own compliance requirements.

7. Data retention & your choices

You can delete recordings and request deletion of your account data. In healthcare mode, conversation history is designed to remain on-device and is not persisted in long-term storage on our servers.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
